Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items. All food products are final sale and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we're happy to help. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Replacement or Refund Request in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1:

Step 2:
Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number.
  • A contact phone number.
  • A photo of your packing slip.
  • Clear photos of the shipping label, box, and damaged item(s).

Step 3:
Wait for our team to review and respond within 5-7 business days.
If approved, we'll issue your refund or send a replacement right away.
