Cold Shipping Policy
(for Chocolate & Meltable Items)
To protect meltable and perishable items, we ship with insulated packaging, gel ice packs, and dry ice when needed. This policy applies year-round, with variations based on location and season.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next eligible shipping day.
- Cold ship orders only go out Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

Handling & Safety Notes
- Packages are marked “Perishable,” “Keep Cool,” and “Do Not Leave in Sun”.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery.
- We are not responsible for heat-damaged items left unattended.
- If dry ice is present, do not touch with bare hands.
- Let dry ice dissipate in a well-ventilated area, and dispose of it safely.
U.S. Shipping
- Shipping available within the continental U.S.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to address issues:
- Customer is liable for the reship fees.
- Or refund your order (minus shipping/handling costs).

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Once shipped, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
We cannot contact UPS/USPS to reroute or adjust deliveries.
Canada Shipping
- We currently ship to Canada.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
- Orders returned due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.
