Cold Shipping Policy (for Chocolate & Meltable Items)
To protect meltable and perishable items, we ship with insulated packaging, gel ice packs, and dry ice when needed. This policy applies year-round, with variations based on location and season.
Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next eligible shipping day

Cold ship orders only go out Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays
