Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM ET go out the same day; orders after ship the next business day. Cold‑ship items ship Mon–Wed only to ensure freshness
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we do! You’ll be responsible for import duties or taxes, and if an order is returned due to unpaid duties, shipping/handling fees won’t be refunded

Orders under $50: cold‑pack fee of $4 + shipping cost
Q: Do you use dry ice? Is it safe?
A: Yes, we sometimes use dry ice. Don’t touch it with bare hands, and once delivered, let it dissipate in a well‑ventilated space and dispose of it safely
Q: What if my delivery is delayed or damaged?
A: We’re not responsible for heat-damage left unattended, so please make sure someone is there to receive it. If there’s an issue in transit, email us at ecom@galilfoods.com and we’ll help sort it out quickly
Q: What if my package is returned due to an address issue?
A: If returned because of an incorrect address, you’ll be liable for the reship fees—or you can request a refund minus shipping/handling
