Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM ET go out the same day; orders after ship the next business day. Cold‑ship items ship Mon–Wed only to ensure freshness
Yes we do! You'll be responsible for import duties or taxes, and if an order is returned due to unpaid duties, shipping/handling fees won't be refunded.
All of our orders ship with the adequate protection depending on the season and region.
- Orders under $60: A flat rate fee of $15
- Orders $60 or more: free shipping.
Yes, we sometimes use dry ice. Don't touch it with bare hands, and once delivered, let it dissipate in a well-ventilated space and dispose of it safely.
We're not responsible for heat-damage left unattended, so please make sure someone is there to receive it. If there's an issue in transit, email us at ecom@galilfoods.com and we'll help sort it our quickly.
If returned because of an incorrect address, you’ll be liable for the reship fees—or you can request a refund minus shipping/handling
