Leonessa Chocolatier’s World Cities Collection Featured in Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery
The confectioner is expanding its candy lineup beyond Dubai chocolate.
As featured in Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, Leonessa Chocolatier is expanding its lineup with the World Cities Collection, a globally inspired series of chocolate bars crafted with layered textures, bold fillings, and real Belgian chocolate.
Leonessa Chocolatier, which reportedly gained viral attention on TikTok last year with its Dubai-inspired chocolate bar, has announced the launch of its World Cities Collection, a new line of globally inspired chocolate bars that build on the layered texture and indulgent flavor combinations that defined the brand’s breakout success, it says.
After evolving from trending product to established favorite, Dubai Chocolate set the stage for Leonessa to expand its portfolio, it adds. The World Cities Collection takes that formula and reimagines it through the lens of iconic cities, with each bar capturing the personality, flavor, mood, and cultural energy of a distinct destination.
Simon Nourmand, CEO of Leonessa Chocolatier, shares, “Leonessa is built on a simple belief: The best things come from those who tirelessly dedicate themselves to their craft, doing the work behind closed doors that no one ever sees. After the excitement around Dubai, that same dedication shaped our newest bars inspired by New York and Los Angeles, bringing even greater indulgence and texture to every moment."
The World Cities Collection includes:
- Dubai – Milk chocolate filled with real pistachio cream and crispy kataifi
- New York – Milk chocolate filled with salted caramel, peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and crispy kataifi
- Los Angeles – White chocolate and strawberry bar filled with pistachio cream, crispy kataifi, and strawberry bits
Each bar features layered textures, crafted with real Belgian chocolate, that aim to create a distinct break and bite experience, combining smooth fillings with crisp elements designed to spark conversation and repeat purchases, the brand says.
The World Cities Collection debuted online last March 21, with retail availability that followed later in the month.
